VeZa is a vegan, low-waste coffee shop based in Belgrade, Serbia. This is the first vegan coffee shop that has low-waste police and the founders are animal rights activists from Vegan Community. Hence, the name VeZa. Additionally, in Serbian language, the word "veza" signifies a connection, a relationship that one has with a person, community, their environment. In this case, its meaning is about connecting people, plants, animals and creating space that is welcoming peace and harmony between all.
The logo inspiration came from old Soviet posters, especially the revolutionary ones which were calling people to embrace change and stand up for what they believe in.
My tasks were to create brand identity, which includes: logo, typography, menu, business cards, as well as proposals for social media posts and choosing which photographs will be posted online(Art Direction).
