In the heart of a wine-loving world, nestled between the vines and barrels of tradition, there emerged an audacious venture called "How to Drink Wine." This wasn't just another sommelier and wine-drinking business; it was an invitation to a warm and friendly journey through the art of wine appreciation.
In July 2023, a team of passionate creatives embarked on an exciting project. Our mission was clear: to craft a brand that would stand out amidst the sea of wine connoisseurs. We aimed to defy the stereotype of the stern and exclusive wine culture, choosing instead to embrace an inclusive, welcoming approach.
The project unfolded as a canvas for creativity. With a talented ensemble, including the gifted designers, a visionary creative director, a dedicated brand manager from Aether Studio, and a wordsmith content writer, we set out on an artistic voyage.
But it wasn't without its challenges. The wine world had long been associated with old money and an older clientele. The traditional, serious facade was deeply entrenched. "How to Drink Wine" aimed to change that narrative, inviting not just the veterans of wine but also the younger, curious souls into their world.
Through the delicate artistry of design, we sought to conquer this challenge. A playful logo emerged, a symbol of the brand's jovial spirit. It wasn't just about the wine; it was about the joy of discovering it.
The detailed logo guide became a foundation of brand identity, while the creative direction paved the path for future applications. Typography was selected with precision, and a palette of colors was curated to evoke warmth and vibrancy.
And as the project drew to a close, the "How to Drink Wine" brand was born. It stood proudly as a modern icon, challenging convention, yet rooted in tradition. It was a brand ready to evolve, unrestricted by its past, yet firmly grounded in its identity.
In the end, the project didn't just create a brand; it created an experience. An experience that was as refreshing as a sip of the finest wine, an experience that beckoned both the seasoned connoisseur and the novice to raise their glasses and say, "Cheers to 'How to Drink Wine'."
